CLUBHOUSE - RIDE ATTENDANT - GO CARTS

Remote role Full-time Open position

Under general supervision, the Go Cart Ride Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable experience to The Clubhouse guests. This new Family Entertainment Center has party rooms/treehouses, arcade area with plush, full commercial kitchen, soft play area, inside and outside dining area, miniature golf, go karts, Water Wars, zip line, challenge course and area for seasonal ice rink.

Greet customers and provide friendly serviceResponsible for maintaining the highest level of safety in the work area through staff training and implementation of safety protocols and proceduresEnsure harness fits appropriately and make needed adjustments Ensure appropriate number of people on attractionsEnsure children are appropriate height and age for attractionsExplain safety procedures to participantsEnsure participants are secured safelyAssist in inspecting equipment to detect wear and tearPerform minor repairsProvide assistance to participants entering and exiting attractionsShut down attractions if major repairs are needed and notify manager on dutyClean up trash and debris around attractionsEnsure participant safety by monitoring movementsEnforce all safety regulations and stay updated on safety rules and procedures; notify the manager on duty of inappropriate behavior of facility usersResolve guest complaints in a timely, professional mannerRespond quickly, efficiently, and professionally to any emergency situations; complete necessary paperwork and notify manager on dutyProvide excellent customer experience through strong customer skillsMaintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staffAll other duties as assigned. Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED desirable
  • Experience in customer service a plus
Certificates and Licenses:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • CPR certified

  • Possess excellent customer service and strong communication skills
  • Ability to enthusiastically interact with others
