This role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls and emails. 
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication. 
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Ensure follow-up actions are completed. 
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives. Manage expense reports and travel reimbursements. 
  • Document Management: Handle confidential documents and ensure proper filing and organization of digital and physical files. 
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and manage company events, conferences, and offsite meetings. 
  • Project Support: Assist in tracking and following up on various projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team. 
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other administrative duties as required to support executives and the broader team. 
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior-level executives. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 
  • Skills:
    •  Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. 
    •  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
    •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
    •  Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting. 
    •  Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 
    •  Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
