We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Talent Acquisition Partner to support our retail stores and build strong talent pipelines across the field. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of filling roles quickly with great people—this is your role.

Summary

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for retail roles (Sales Associates, Store Managers)
  • Get out in the field—network, source, and build real pipelines
  • Partner with store leaders to fill roles fast and effectively
  • Run hiring events, tap into local markets, and get creative with sourcing
  • Deliver a great candidate experience from first contact to offer

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (retail or high-volume preferred)
  • A sales mindset—you know how to sell the opportunity
  • Someone who is proactive, resourceful, and competitive
  • Strong relationship builder who can influence hiring managers
  • Willingness to be in the field and make things happen
