Scope of Responsibility

Are you a strategic sales leader who thrives on driving growth and developing high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts, expand key customer relationships, and accelerate new business within the industrial and food processing markets.

In this role, you’ll own revenue growth across an assigned territory by executing targeted sales strategies, strengthening distributor and direct account partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities. You’ll also directly lead and coach a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and success.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a results-driven leader who enjoys blending hands-on selling, strategic planning, and people leadership, while representing a company grounded in integrity, ethical leadership, and long-term sustainability.

Territory: United States

Target Pay: The target starting base salary for this position is $91,930.00 – $135,475.20 / year (plus quarterly performance bonus and annual incentive bonus). Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Cascade Engineering considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develops and maintains direct account sales and distributor relationships
  • Directs the development of short- and long-term business plans and programs in their assigned territory
  • Assists in market research to determine trends, industry needs, and customer preferences
  • Assists in establishing corporate sales/marketing objectives and strategies in conjunction with senior staff members
  • Assists in establishing annual volume goals for increasing market share
  • Performs marketing analysis for their assigned territory and develops the sales forecast
  • Recommendation for pricing strategy for marketing mix
  • Participates in both short- and long-range sales plans and programs in conjunction with management
  • Forecast sales for territory assigned
  • Represents Cascade Engineering at trade shows and materials associations
  • Lead and manage a team of direct reports, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management to achieve sales goals
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business related studies with 7 + years of strategic selling experience
  • Financial analysis experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team
  • High level “Cascade Engineering Core Competencies” (integrity, trustworthiness, ability to build high trust relationships, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work in virtual team environment
  • Detail oriented individuals with strong organizational skills
  • High energy, self-motivation, results driven individual
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to compile and analyze data to support sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365

Preferred

  • Municipal sales experience
