Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately capturing and updating data in our company's databases, ensuring seamless communication with employees and customers, and providing exceptional administrative support. Key Responsibilities

* Capture and update data in our company's databases in a timely and accurate manner

  • Liaise with employees and customers to collect information and resolve queries
  • Identify and correct errors, and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
  • Perform data entry tasks, including typing, faxing, and deleting data entry errors
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques
  • Review and verify data prior to entry
  • Perform daily audits and data entry corrections
  • Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties
  • Train new data entry employees on computer systems
  • Perform routine clerical and data entry functions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems, such as EMR

  • Knowledge of data program techniques and data entry requirements
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
