Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter and maintain data in our systems, ensuring high levels of quality and integrity

- Develop and implement data management solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze and report data trends and insights to inform business decisions
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, or computer science)
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with healthcare data management systems and regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications
