Job Summary

As an Experienced Content Moderator – Data Entry, Entry Level, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data entry while contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. You'll work in a dynamic environment, where you'll be responsible for reviewing and moderating content, identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and moderate content to ensure accuracy and quality

• Identify and resolve issues related to data entry, including errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, quality assurance specialists, and subject matter experts
• Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving goals
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as data science, computer science, or information technology

• 3+ years of experience in data entry, content moderation, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving goals
• Strong knowledge of data entry software and systems, including data analytics and visualization tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as data science, computer science, or information technology

• 5+ years of experience in data entry, content moderation, or a related field
• Experience working with data analytics and visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar software
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, including Python, R, or SQL
• Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry setting
