Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer service inquiries and problems via phone, email, or chat
  • Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific-based mortgage campaigns, with a high volume of calls (up to 50+ daily)
  • Receiving inbound customer calls, identifying their needs, and routing them to the appropriate department
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or GED
  • 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience
  • Outbound dialing and collections experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection)
  • Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience is preferred (not required)
  • Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales experience is preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between Monday and Friday (8am-11pm EST), with occasional half-day shifts on Saturdays
