Job Description

As a Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Researching and coordinating travel plans and accommodations for clients, including hotel bookings, car rentals, flights, events, and more.
  • Staying abreast of certifications and training from various vendors and suppliers to offer top-tier travel options.
  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their preferences and requirements, delivering tailored recommendations for their trips.
  • Promptly addressing travel inquiries and assisting clients in adhering to their budget constraints.
  • Staying informed about industry developments, including travel restrictions and regulations, to provide accurate guidance to clients.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by proactively following up with clients before, during, and after their trips to resolve any concerns and ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Strategize and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services to clients.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to discern their needs and preferences, offering expert recommendations for destinations, transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
  • Furnish pertinent information and brochures to empower clients in making informed decisions about their travel plans.

Essential Qualifications

  • The ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
