- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
