Key Responsibilities:

* Work with the Item Success, Record Management, and Providers team to ensure the successful delivery of statistical surveying projects, meeting ISO and global data handling standards.

• Lead execution on everyday requests for information analysis and control of primary and secondary data to support Provider and internal requests.
• Assess demands for information services and understand the requirements of statistical surveying projects.
• Prepare, plan, focus on, and communicate effectively to ensure expectations are met and delivered on time.
• Check information indexes for intelligent consistency, reformatting, and updating information indexes for downstream analysis.
• Manipulate data to the right arrangement for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS (weighting and handling as necessary).
• Be a proactive team member who provides counsel or ideas for improvements and automation, where necessary, to enhance overall efficiency and delivery.
• Perform other impromptu tasks and assignments as appointed.
• Create and share best practices with colleagues, across departments, to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our product offerings and processes.
