Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, Growth Data Engineering, you will lead a team of experienced engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data infrastructure that supports arenaflex's growth and customer acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of engineers in building and maintaining data systems that support business growth and inform strategic decisions
• Designing and developing large-scale data infrastructure that supports arenaflex's global expansion and customer acquisition strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure data-driven decision making
• Developing and maintaining data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes that support business intelligence and analytics
• Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize data engineering workflows

Responsibilities

* Lead a team of experienced engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data infrastructure

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes that support business intelligence and analytics
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize data engineering workflows
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for data engineering practices
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure data engineering practices are aligned with business objectives

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on large-scale data infrastructure
• Proven experience leading a team of engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data infrastructure
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes
• Experience with data engineering tools and technologies, including Apache Beam, Apache Spark, and AWS Glue
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on large-scale data infrastructure
• Experience with cloud-based data engineering platforms, including AWS and GCP
• Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA
• Strong understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence principles and applications
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI
