Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of data entry work experience, proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular), strong typing skills, and excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering high volumes of information into our company's database from paper documents, maintaining databases, and responding to queries for information.

Responsibilities:

As a Full-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Entering customer and account data from source documents with high accuracy and efficiency
• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
• Maintaining databases by entering new and updated customer and account information
• Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files
• Complying with data integrity and security policies
• Regularly backing up data for secure storage and easy recovery

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven data entry work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
• Strong typing skills (at least 60 words per minute)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of database management systems
