In this role, you’ll assist clients with hotel and resort bookings, coordinate accommodations for vacations and business trips, and provide excellent customer service—all from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities
- Research and book hotels, resorts, and vacation accommodations worldwide
- Provide professional guidance and personalized travel recommendations
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or online platforms
- Manage reservations, special requests, and travel details accurately
- Stay up to date on promotions, travel deals, and supplier policies
- Deliver a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for every traveler
Skills
- Passion for travel and hospitality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online tools
- Must be 18 years or older
