[Remote] Systems Analyst - Change Management

The Systems Analyst role involves supporting and enhancing critical banking applications, managing support requests, resolving incidents, and implementing technology solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Tier II support requests to ensure application availability and meet service level agreements
  • Resolve incidents and problems to minimize outages and improve system reliability
  • Implement application updates, automated processes, and approved technology solutions
  • Document systems, processes, and support materials to strengthen team knowledge and efficiency
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements
  • Analyze application data and perform basic database queries to support troubleshooting efforts
  • Support testing, change management, and project deliverables with accurate reporting
  • Identify opportunities to optimize or retire outdated system components

Skills

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Financial Services, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience supporting financial systems
  • 1+ years of knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
