Job Summary Brandwatch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform along with the team to support our business operations, enhance user experience, and drive organizational growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and ongoing management of Salesforce across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems utilizing REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Customize Salesforce applications by developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows to meet business requirements.
  • Partner with architects and business stakeholders to create scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and effectively address business needs.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality code through thorough code reviews, adherence to best practices, and comprehensive unit testing.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Oversee data management activities, including data migration, data cleansing, and ensuring the integrity of data across the Salesforce environment.
  • Maintain and create detailed technical documentation, such as design specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • Work closely with developers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions, while also providing mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, R&D, and other business stakeholders to enhance data integrity and operational reliability of standardized business analytics, tools, and processes.
  • Ensure optimal system performance through continuous customization and configuration of Salesforce.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration techniques.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce data models, custom objects, workflows, and security settings.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are required.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Heroku, MuleSoft, or other integration/middleware platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is an advantage.
  • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
