Job Summary

As a Customer Service Relationship Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering an effortless experience to our existing policyholders, third parties, and agents. You'll work with customers by handling a variety of inbound telephone calls regarding their policies, and you'll have the opportunity to build value and the arenaflex brand with every interaction. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound telephone calls regarding policy questions, inquiries, or concerns

  • Promote digital self-service capabilities to customers
  • Take ownership to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience, utilizing every touch point as an opportunity to build value and the arenaflex brand
  • Assist customers over the phone, using problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Learn insurance products and processes in a training environment, and commit to ongoing coaching and development to support your career growth
  • Work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs and systems
  • Have a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours

Qualifications

* A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs and systems
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Spanish bilingual a plus
