If so, we want to hear from you! arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Strategist to join our Global Customer Solutions team, where you'll have the opportunity to work with small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and help them achieve their goals through innovative advertising solutions.

The Role

As a Customer Onboarding Strategist, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through innovative advertising solutions. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, develop tailored pitches, and implement creative strategies to drive growth and success. Your expertise in online media, combined with your exceptional communication and analytical skills, will enable you to provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis.

Responsibilities

* Manage and develop relationships with clients to help them achieve business goals

  • Contribute to team performance by consistently delivering against quarterly goals
  • Create and craft pitches to customers tailored to their performance goals and work towards mutual business goals
  • Find and implement creative ways to improve client relationships, share performance improvement suggestions, and promote arenaflex products
  • Produce interpretable insights from data analysis and deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience

  • 2 years of experience in advertising, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles
  • Experience meeting Business-to-Business sales goals
  • Ability to communicate in a Central Eastern European (CEE) language (e.g., Ukrainian, Slovak, Serbian, Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Latvian, Lithuanian) and English fluently to communicate in this customer-facing role

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders

  • Experience managing and customizing for a customer base
  • Experience reaching out to customers, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions
  • Ability to work separately with the capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time, while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to develop business recommendations, action plans, and ideas on improving internal processes
