What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be instrumental in delivering above-and-beyond customer service over the phone, email, and live chat. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
• Becoming an expert in arenaflex's internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
• Using our communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
• Identifying trends and pain points in our work and brainstorming solutions to improve each customer's experience
• Collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience

• Experience with customer relationship management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
