Job Summary

As a College Students - Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. You'll be responsible for processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have. Responsibilities

As a College Students - Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Securing all trailing documents from customers and ensuring accurate records
• Completing evidence of insurance requests and verifying customer information
• Documenting each customer contact in eAgent and maintaining accurate records
• Taking premium payments from customers and ensuring timely processing
• Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and updating customer information
• Returning all phone messages promptly and ensuring excellent communication
• Maintaining knowledge of new products and staying up-to-date with industry developments
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
