Job Description:

As an Experienced Full Stack Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our web and cloud-based applications. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to technical support teams as needed

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support
