Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Insurance Product Sales and Support

Job Summary

As a Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective customers via inbound and outbound call programs. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify customer goals and objectives, build rapport with potential clients, and transfer qualified consumers to a sales representative. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to prospective customers via inbound and outbound call programs

  • Verify information submitted by the consumer
  • Quickly build rapport with potential clients
  • Identify customer's goals and objectives
  • Transfer and introduce qualified consumers to a sales representative
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed and accurate information to customers

Requirements

* 2 years' experience in customer service call center

  • Ability to handle high volume phone calls
  • Excellent verbal communication phone skills
  • Basic computer skills and data entry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
