Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full Stack Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to our clients' customers, utilizing a range of digital platforms, including Facebook Messenger. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on behalf of our clients, using platforms like Facebook Messenger

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize comprehensive training and resources to develop expertise in our clients' digital products and services
  • Collaborate with our support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

  • Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
