Key Responsibilities
As a REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CONTRACT), you'll be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving issues related to customer accounts, product/service information, and general support queries. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring each customer is provided with a personalized and memorable experience
- Assisting with new customer account creation and support registration
- Educating customers on product features, pricing, and promotions
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues as necessary
- Updating customer records and processing refund requests as needed
- Maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
