Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and tone
  • Ability to multitask and navigate through various computer applications, including our CRM system and other software tools

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
