Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and concerns, providing support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Managing and coordinating service appointments for our plumbing, heating, drain cleaning, electrical, sewer repair, and gas work services
  • Coordinating with our team of service technicians to schedule appointments, dispatch service calls, and ensure timely responses to customer requests
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication between customers and service technicians, ensuring that all parties are informed of appointment details, service updates, and any other relevant information
  • Proactively identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the service process, demonstrating resourcefulness and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction

  • Dispatching: Coordinating with our team of service technicians to schedule appointments, dispatch service calls, and ensure timely responses to customer requests
  • Communication: Facilitating clear and effective communication between customers and service technicians, ensuring that all parties are informed of appointment details, service updates, and any other relevant information
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the service process, demonstrating resourcefulness and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Essential Qualifications:

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor

  • Service Titan Savvy
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM systems and dispatching software (training will be provided)
  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field is preferred
