Experienced Full Stack Customer Insights Analyst – Automotive Industry Research and Analysis

Job Summary

As a Customer Insights student, you'll play a vital role in evaluating market trends, analyzing consumer opinion data, and identifying opportunities for arenaflex. You'll work closely with our research team to design, execute, and analyze consumer research, transforming results into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. This part-time role offers the flexibility to work 24 hours a week during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, with opportunities to expand summer work hours to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate market trends and analyze consumer opinion data to identify opportunities for arenaflex

• Support research projects from design to execution and analysis, working closely with outside research vendors
• Transform research results into actionable insights, implications, and recommendations to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's brands, products, and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

Essential Qualifications

* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree at an accredited university

• Ability to work 24 hours a week, year-round, during normal business hours (Monday-Friday)
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and customer insights
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

* Currently a Sophomore or Junior at an accredited university at the time of hire

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Market Research, Social Sciences, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
• Advanced analytical skills and creative / resourceful information mining and data analytic skills
• Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and customer insights
