What You'll Be Doing

As a Live Chat Remote Support Assistant, you'll engage directly with customers through live chat on our website and social media platforms. Your tasks will include:

  • Resolving queries and providing product information to customers
  • Facilitating sales through direct links and offering promotions and discounts
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
  • Managing large amounts of incoming chats and emails
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers through live chat on our website and social media platforms

  • Resolve customer queries and provide product information
  • Facilitate sales through direct links and offer promotions and discounts
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirements

* Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to follow instructions precisely
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work flexible hours, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
