Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for handling client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. You'll also be working closely with our sales team to address customer needs promptly and effectively.
