Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home Customer Experience Specialist to join our remote team. As a Home Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and educating customers about our products and services. This is a part-time, remote position, requiring up to 4 hours of work per day, with a competitive hourly rate and a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, paid training, and paid vacations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Home Customer Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
