Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll work closely with our teams to input, update, and verify data, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our data protection policies. Key Responsibilities

* Inputting and updating data into arenaflex's systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Verifying and reviewing data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth data processing and efficient operations
• Handling other administrative tasks as needed, such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required
