Job Summary

As a Remote Freight Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our cargo services, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to clients.
• Process and manage cargo shipments, including booking, tracking, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements
