Key Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our travelers have a seamless experience from booking to landing. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer support regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Addressing customer queries concerning baggage policies, seating arrangements, and loyalty programs
- Assisting with emergency response communications if necessary
- Handling high volumes of customer calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilizing CRM systems to document customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline customer service processes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
