As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, chat, and email interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, booking flights, changing reservations, and addressing any concerns related to travel. Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
