Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data, ensuring seamless interactions between our customer-facing teams and internal systems. You'll work closely with our customer service, sales, and marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Your expertise will help drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, ensuring seamless interactions between our customer-facing teams and internal systems

• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business strategy
• Work closely with our innovation team to design and implement new processes and systems to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including customer service, sales, and marketing teams
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply knowledge to improve processes and systems

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or mathematics

• 3+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other customer-facing software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or mathematics
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement principles
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
