Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Relations Chat Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling inquiries from customers via live chat, email, and text. Your role will be to provide prompt and thoughtful responses that enhance their experience with our brand. Whether they have questions about product details, need help with an order, or require assistance with our services, you'll be the go-to person for all their needs. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via live chat, email, and text
- Providing top-notch customer support with every interaction
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Key Details
* Rate: $35 per hour
