• Provide assistance to upset customers and ensure their safety
• Protect company property and revenue
• Accommodate safe travel

All You'll Need for Success:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Bilingual language skills may be required in certain areas
• Valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• Ability to pass FAA background checks to meet requirements for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• Ability to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identifications, if necessary
• Ability to work irregular and extended hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to respond to emergencies and crises
