The Role: Broker Associate – Commercial Real Estate
This is a high-performance, apprenticeship-style role designed to develop a top-tier commercial real estate broker. You will work directly under senior leadership, supporting multifamily and investment sales across Michigan and expanding markets.
This is not a passive desk role. It is a demanding, hands-on position requiring initiative, resilience, and ownership.
You will gain direct exposure to:
Underwriting and financial analysisBroker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and pricing strategyMarket research and comparable sales analysisProspecting and relationship developmentProperty tours and client meetingsOffering memorandum preparationStrategic negotiationFull-cycle deal execution from listing through closing

Requirements

Compensation
