As a Gas Boiler Installer & Troubleshooter at NH Ross, you will specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas boilers in residential settings. Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair gas boilers and associated heating systems in residential properties.
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics of gas systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure that all installations comply with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Communicate with clients to explain services, provide estimates, and address any concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used in installations and repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest industry practices, technologies, and safety codes related to gas appliances.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive heating solutions for customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a gas boiler installer or technician.
- Valid gas technician certification and relevant licenses.
- Strong knowledge of gas heating systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients and provide clear information.
- Physical capability to handle installation and repair tasks, including lifting heavy equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in gas technology is a plus.
