Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Talent Operations Partner to support our AI high-volume recruitment in complex and cross-regional hiring environments, with a strong focus on coordinating and supporting the recruitment for full-time and freelance talent. The Talent Operations Partner will act as a central liaison between internal talent teams, external partners, and hiring stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and efficient delivery across multiple markets and projects. Unlike a Talent Acquisition Manager, this position does not focus on direct sourcing or candidate ownership. Instead, it is a coordination and operations-driven role, responsible for facilitating communication, managing workflows, and ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly at scale. This is a great opportunity for a Talent professional highly organised, comfortable working across regions and time zones, and skilled at balancing competing priorities diplomatically in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

- Act as the key liaison between the Talent team and internal stakeholders, primarily Engineering and Project Management teams.

- Support high-volume, cross-regional recruitment efforts, with a focus on coordination, process adherence, and delivery quality.

- Serve as an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Recruiting Manager.

- Represent the Talent function as a trusted point of contact andm in many case the "face of the talent team" to internal partners.

- Communicate recruitment processes clearly and effectively, both:

- Through data, metrics, and reporting, and

- From the Recruitment Manager's perspective and the internal customer's point of view.

- Translate and communicate technical processes and hiring requirements across different departments to ensure shared understanding and alignment.

- Build strong, value-driven relationships by combining outstanding communication and soft skills with performance-based problem-solving and a focus on Talent team accountability.

- Identify, communicate, and escalate challenges raised outside the talent team to the Recruiting Manager and Talent Leads.

- Work along with the Recruiting Manager and Talent Leads to brainstorm, implement, and refine solutions to address hiring challenges and process gaps.

- Partner closely with Talent leadership to make quick, pragmatic adjustments in response to evolving client and business-driven requirements.

Additional Job Details:

REQUIREMENTS

- Comfortable operating in cross-regional and cross-cultural environments where days could be long.

- Experience supporting or coordinating the recruitment of freelance, contract, and project-based talent.

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment processes, with the ability to comprehend technical workflows and how they impact different departments.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities diplomatically.

- Comfort using data, metrics, and reporting to explain recruitment performance, identify issues, and support decision-making.
