Summary:

The Deal Desk & Contracts Support Analyst will serve as a key partner to Sales, Legal, and Finance, ensuring smooth execution of deals and contract processes. In this role, you will ensure that contracts are executed accurately and are in compliance with company policies and strategy. The ideal candidate can work independently, prioritize effectively, and turn deliverables around in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer contracts, order forms, and amendments for accuracy and completeness, in partnership with Legal and Sales
• Validate contract language against company templates and standards
• Maintain accurate contract records and associated client subscription data in CRM/CLM systems
• Track contract redlines and maintain version control
• Identify opportunities to optimize deal desk and contract workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Internship or prior experience in Finance or Business Operations preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Some experience with excel and document review
