Operations Specialist
Federated Hermes is a leading investment manager dedicated to helping individuals invest and retire better. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for daily trade support, reconciliation, data integrity verification, and customer service for internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily trade support and reconciliation
- Data integrity verification
- Customer service to both internal and external clients
- Client onboarding and new account initialization
- Data and client reporting
- Ability to work independently
- Responsibilities will be both specialized and general and will be dynamic in nature based on the activity of the department
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Up to one year of financial operational experience or relevant classwork
- Knowledge of domestic equity and fixed income settlement functions
- Ability to work independently
- Customer service to both internal and external clients
- Client onboarding and new account initialization
- Data and client reporting
- Bachelor's degree in business related major (Finance/Accounting)
- Two years of financial services industry experience in trade settlements
- Familiarity with sponsor systems
