Client Services Specialist

Epsilon is a company focused on transforming marketing through innovative solutions, and they are seeking a Client Services Specialist to support their clients and sales team. In this entry-level role, you will manage multiple projects, deliver excellent customer service, and collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve campaign goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build foundational skills that support long-term career growth within Client Services and Marketing Operations
  • Develop a growth mindset by learning new tools, processes, and ways of working
  • Own and complete promotional programs from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Gather and clarify campaign requirements by partnering with Sales and internal teams to understand objectives and delivery needs
  • Deliver accurate, on-time audience data and campaign assets using established verification methods (full training provided)
  • Manage and maintain campaign documentation, ensuring orders, specifications, and materials are organized and up to date
  • Proactively coordinate with internal teams to review forecasts, orders, documentation, and work in progress
  • Build knowledge of data-driven marketing, internal systems, and evolving industry trends

Skills

  • Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role (such as restaurants, hospitality, call centers, retail, or customer support)
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate work under deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Excel)
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external partners
  • A customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable when priorities shift
  • Curiosity and problem-solving instincts, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
