This entry-level position focuses on assisting clients with planning and coordinating travel for destination weddings, honeymoons, and romantic getaways, ensuring a smooth experience from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning destination weddings, honeymoons, and special occasion travel
- Research resorts, venues, and travel packages based on client preferences
- Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, flights, and group bookings
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, availability, and travel requirements
- Review booking details for accuracy, including dates and guest information
- Maintain organized records of client plans and reservations
- Provide support and follow-up throughout the planning process

- Comfortable using online research tools and booking platforms
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and timelines
