They are seeking a motivated Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to generate new business and support their commercial energy efficiency programs across multiple states.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect in-person by visiting commercial businesses and introducing energy efficiency programs
  • Engage decision-makers and schedule energy assessments
  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, social) to generate new opportunities
  • Follow up on existing proposals to re-engage prospects and move deals forward
  • Work closely with the sales team to build and advance pipeline
  • Track activity and results in CRM

Skills

  • Experience in lead generation, B2B sales, canvassing, or field marketing
  • Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mindset
  • Organized and accountable to goals and performance
