Job Summary

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, responding to high-volume calls, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently, and that our patients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to high-volume customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve complex customer issues, including medication inquiries, refill requests, and billing concerns
  • Utilize Walgreens' remedy information section methods and rules to process new patient enrollment and enter information into the suitable framework
  • Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA rules and enter top-off orders for handling
  • Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)
  • Settle all information passage-related special cases
  • Handle correspondence to patients, including inbound calls, chats, and messages, and make outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
  • Settle outsider oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different areas
  • Recognize and impart issues to senior-level staff as proper
  • Acquire dynamic expert permit or affirmation within the initial 90 days and maintain a functioning specialist permit or accreditation

Essential Capabilities

* Essential level PC skills, including: + Starting and closing the PC + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving records + Printing reports + Accessing data online

  • Fundamental web browser skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Composing in URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online

  • Moderate level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing reports

Preferred Capabilities

* At least 2 years of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by state as conceded by the State board for Pharmacy or broadly perceived confirmation office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of consumer satisfaction
  • Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Designing reports

  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
