What You'll Be Doing

As a Work From Home Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat on their website. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. You will have access to a comprehensive knowledge base and will be supervised by experienced team leaders who will provide guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Utilize knowledge base and resources to resolve complex issues
  • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure seamless customer support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week
