The Role
As a Customer Relationship Advocate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while handling inbound phone calls and supporting our clients' diverse needs. You will develop essential skills to assist with a broad range of client requests, including trade execution, account management, and technical support. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and expertise to excel in this role and beyond.
What to Expect
As a new CRA, you will embark on a transformative journey that includes: 1. Licensing Preparation: You will prepare to become a licensed professional by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by arenaflex. Our dedicated licensing coaches and workshops will provide you with the support and resources you need to succeed. 2. Skill Development: As you progress, you will handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network. 3. Proficiency: With confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you will explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
Aptitude and dedication
to complete the FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 exams through our industry-leading licensing program.
Enthusiasm for continuous learning
and dedication to studying and applying new concepts, learning quickly, and retaining information to assist with decision-making.
