What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be a part of bringing humanity to business, helping customers find peace of mind, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your day will be filled with:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers
  • Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product or service knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer savvy and proficiency in using various software applications
  • A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences

The Equipment You'll Need

To ensure your success, you'll need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a speed of > 15 Mbps
  • A hardwired direct connection to your home router (Wi-Fi connections are permitted on some assignments)
  • A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
  • A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in

Reporting Structure

You'll report to a Team Lead and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
