The Role

As a Work From Home Customer Service Assistant (Transaction Support), you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer service interactions, including phone calls, online chats, and text messages. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with customers online and over the phone to answer customer questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments to best support the customer

  • Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
  • Complete administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our arenaflex systems
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or transactional environment

  • Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
  • Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must meet minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and speed of internet service)
  • Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
